If your trader reputation with Fence is 0.25, that means your Scav karma is 0.25.What you do when playing as a Scav affects your reputation with the Fence. If you increase your Scav Karma, you’ll get access to a lot of perks with the Fence, similarly, decreasing your karma will give you negative effects including being actively hunted down by AI bosses, increased scav cooldown, and your scav box will take longer to return.How does this relate to OP’s suggestion of decreasing a cooldown? We know people will be assholes and that their karma will reflect that.. reduced scav cool down (if taken out by another scav with bad rep) just further incentivizes not being an asshole scav.
